明确棉隆熏蒸对土壤微生物群落结构的影响,为棉隆熏蒸处理土壤防治十字花科蔬菜土传病害的发生提供理论依据。通过高通量测序技术,对棉隆土壤熏蒸处理后对十字花科根肿病土壤微生物群落结构进行研究,结果表明,棉隆土壤熏蒸处理显著降低了土壤中微生物真菌的丰度和微生物细菌的多样性,β多样性分析细菌和真菌的OUT聚类结果显示,熏蒸处理显著改变了土壤中微生物群落的结构,使用两种不同浓度熏蒸处理的群落结构相似性高,与未做熏蒸处理、揭膜当天清水对照的土壤样品相似性较低;此外,使用375、400 kg/hm2熏蒸处理可增加毛壳菌属(Chaetomium)、Tetracladium等有益真菌的丰度,降低链格孢属(Alternaria)、镰刀菌属(Fusarium)等致病真菌的丰度,对部分有益土壤真菌亦存在一定负面影响;毛壳菌属最高可增加6.69%,链格孢属最高可降低8.84%。

The effects of dazomet fumigation on the microbial community structure of cruciferous clubroot soil were studied aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the application of dazomet fumigation in controlling soil-borne diseases of cruciferous vegetables. High-throughput sequencing technology was employed to analyze the soil microbial community structure after dazomet fumigation in clubroot-infected soil. Results showed that the abundance of fungi and the diversity of bacteria in the soil were significantly reduced by soil fumigation, and the OUTs(operational taxonomic unit) clustering results of bacteria and fungi by β diversity analysis showed that the fumigation significantly changed the structure of microbial communities in the soil. The community structure similarity using two different concentrations of fumigation treatment was high, but showed low similarity to untreated and water-treated control samples collected on the day of membrane removal. In addition, the use of different concentrations of fumigation(375, 400 kg/ha) could also increase the abundance of beneficial fungi such as Chaetomium and Tetracladium, and reduce the abundance of pathogenic fungi such as Alternaria and Fusarium. However, fumigation also had a negative impact on certain beneficial soil fungi.The highest increase inabundance of Chaetomium was 6.69%, and the highest decrease in Alternaria was 8.84%.
