为培育满足市场需求的功能性青稞新品种,以地方品种和尚青稞为母本,育成品种陇青1号为父本,采用传统育种与生物育种相结合的方法,培育出功能性青稞新品种陇稞1号。2021 — 2023年参加甘肃省多点区域试验,3 a 15点(次)平均折合产量5 027.4 kg/hm2,较对照品种陇青1号增产7.29%。2023年参加甘肃省生产试验,平均折合产量5 098.3 kg/hm2,较对照品种陇青1号增产8.19%,表现出良好的稳产性和丰产性。陇稞1号属春性,生育期105~110 d,中熟类型。该品种籽粒含粗蛋白139.2 g/kg、粗淀粉654.5 g/kg、粗脂肪19.6 g/kg、赖氨酸3.9 g/kg、氨基酸总量62.5 g/kg、灰分20.1 g/kg、支链淀粉558.8 g/kg,β-葡聚糖65.9 g/kg、多酚43.87 ug/g。适宜在海拔1 700~3 000 m的青稞种植区推广种植。

In order to cultivate the functional hulless barley varieties that meet the market requirement, a new variety named Longke 1 was developed by hybridizing the local variety Heshang hulless as the female parent and the hulless barley variety Longqing 1 as the male parent, using a combination of traditional and modern biological breeding methods. From 2021 to 2023, it participated in multi-location regional experiment across Gansu Province, showing an average yield of 5 027.4 kg/ha across 15 site over 3 years, which was 7.29% higher than the control variety Longqing 1. In the 2023 production experiment for hulless barley lines in Gansu, it achieved an average yield of 5 098.3 kg/ha, an 8.19% increase over the control, demonstrating strong yield stability and high productivity. Longke 1 is of spring nature with a growth period of 105 to 110 days, and it is of the medium-maturing type. The grain contains 139.2 g/kg crude protein, 654.5 g/kg crude starch, 19.6 g/kg ether extract, 3.9 g/kg lysine, 62.5 g/kg total amino acids, 20.1 g/kg ash, 558.8 g/kg branched starch, 65.9 g/kg β-glucan, and 43.87 ug/g polyphenol. It is suitable for cultivation in hulless barley planting areas with an altitude of 1 700 to 3 000 m.
