光照作为一个关键的环境因子,会对设施番茄的品质产生显著的影响。我们聚焦于补光技术对番茄果实品质调控的研究,通过对大量相关文献的梳理归纳,综合分析了不同补光灯类型、光质及配比、补光时间、光照强度和补光棚膜类型等在调控番茄果实色泽、风味品质和营养品质等方面的效果与差异,概括了当前的研究成果和主要技术,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望,旨在为深入探究补光技术调控番茄果实品质提供综合性的理论依据和一定的应用指导。

Light, as a key environmental factor, could significantly affect the quality of tomatoes in facilities. This paper focuses on the regulation of tomato fruit quality through light supplementary technology. By systematically reviewing and summarizing a large body of relevant literatures, we comprehensively analyzes the effects and differences of types of supplemental lighting, various light spectra, and ratio supplemental lighting durations, light intensities, and films on tomato fruit color, flavor quality, and nutritional quality. The current research outcomes and key technologies are summarized, and future research directions are discussed, aiming to provide a comprehensive theoretical basis and practical guidance for in-depth research on improving tomato fruit quality through light supplementary technology.
