农民科技培训是农业科技扩散和成果转化的重要途径，也是提升农民整体素质的主要手段。基于白银市417份农民问卷调查数据，以白银市农民为研究对象，采用问卷调查和专家访谈相结合的方法，实证分析了农民科技培训的现状及其影响因素。从优化农民素质提升顶层设计、着力激发农民内生发展动力、科学精准设置农民培训内容、建立农民科技教育大数据库等方面提出了提升农民科技素质的对策建议。

Farmer technology training is an important measure for agricultural technology dissemination and achievement transformation, and it is also a main measure to improve the overall quality of farmers. Based on survey data of 417 questionnaires from farmers in Baiyin, this study used a combination of questionnaire surveys and expert interviews to empirically analyze the current situation and influencing factors of farmers' technology training. Suggestion for improving farmers' scientific and technological literacy was put forward from aspects such as optimizing the top-level design of improving farmers' quality, focusing on stimulating farmers' endogenous development motivation, training course set scientifically and accurately for farmers and establishing databases of farmers' vactional education.
