苯氧菌胺由日本盐野义制药公司研发成功，1993年在日本获得登记，1999年上市，成为防治稻瘟病的优良杀菌剂。苯氧菌胺是甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂，线粒体呼吸抑制剂，对14-脱甲基化酶抑制剂、苯甲酰胺类、二羧酰胺类和苯并咪唑类产生抗性的菌株有效，具有保护、治疗、铲除、渗透、内吸活性，适宜作物为水稻，防治稻瘟病有特效，也用于防治大豆锈病。综述了苯氧菌胺的发现、理化性质、合成路线、分析方法、应用现状、作用机理、抗药性、安全性等方面的研究开发现状，并对其开发前景进行了展望。

Metominostrobin was successfully developed by Shionogi & Co.， Ltd.. It was registered in Japan in 1993 and listed in 1999. It has become an excellent fungicide for the control of rice blast.PheNO_xystrobin is a methoxyacrylate fungicide and mitochondrial respiratory inhibitor. It is effective for strains resistant to 14-demethylase inhibitors， benzamides， dicarboxyamides and benzimidazoles， and has the activities of protection， treatment， eradication， penetration and absorption.Suitable crops for rice， rice blast control has a special effect， but also used to control soybean rust. In this paper， the discovery， physical and chemical properties， synthetic routes， analytical methods， application status， sterilization mechanism， drug resistance and safety of metominostrobin were reviewed， and its development prospects were prospected.
